The F7 Fold Away Strength Trainer is a dual stack gym that offers true isolateral functional training in the smallest footprint available today. The F7 has two dual adjustable pulleys, each with 30 locations, and two different widths to accommodated users of all sizes in performing unlimited exercises. The function of the optional flat-incline-bench accommodates a positive docking location to automatically align users in the correct position. The multi-use chin/press assist strap allows users of all skill levels to perform exercises. The cable columns, the bench, optional exercise balls or training accessories can all be hid away neatly inside the attractive closing doors. With the standard accessories, the F7 provides users of all ability the most functional variety available today to train.
